Where are my license keys?
We sent your license keys to the email address you used at checkout.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
- Delivery usually takes a couple of minutes, but in rare cases it can take longer.
Didn’t receive the email?
If you haven’t received your license email within 10–15 minutes, contact support and we’ll sort it out.
When you contact support, please include:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The approximate purchase time
- Any receipt or purchase reference you received from the payment provider
Next steps
- Download and install SFX Stacks.
- Open the app and go to the Activation screen.
- Paste one of your license keys from the email to activate.
