  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • Initial install (app, model and runtime packages) can use up to ~3 GB of disk space
  • Your own sound library will require additional space wherever you store it
  • On Windows, the model and runtime files are downloaded to your system drive (usually C:)
  • Internet connection required for the initial model and runtime downloads

Trial and licensing

  • The download includes a 14-day full-featured trial of SFX Stacks.
  • After the trial ends, you can activate a license key at any time to keep using the app.
  • Each license includes 2 activations for your own devices (for example, studio desktop + laptop).
  • Licenses are one-time purchases for the SFX Stacks 1.x series, with no subscription.

How updates work

SFX Stacks uses an integrated updater that checks for new versions:

  • The app periodically checks the same update feed used on this page.
  • When a new version is available, you’ll be prompted to download and install it.
  • All minor updates within the 1.x series are included in your license.

You can always return to this page if you want to manually download the latest installer.

SFX Stacks is designed to run fully locally once installed. After the initial setup, you can work offline and keep your sound library on your own machines.
