These Terms ("Terms") govern the use of the sfxstacks.com website (the “Website”) and the SFX Stacks desktop application (the “App”).
Both are operated by ASR Tech Oy (Business ID 2946518-6), Minna Canthin Katu 66 lh. 1, 70100 Kuopio, Finland (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).
By using the Website or the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1 Intellectual Property

All software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other materials included in the Website or App are the property of the Company or its licensors.
You may view or use the content and software for your own personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

2 License and Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • Circumvent license checks or copy protection.
  • Upload, distribute, or use malicious code or spam.
  • Misrepresent the Service, brand, or trademarks of the Company.

3 Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments and license management are handled by Paddle Payments Ltd..
Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s own buyer terms and privacy notice.
All amounts include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are handled according to consumer-protection law and Paddle’s policies.

3.1 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction provided the license key has not been activated. Once a license has been activated or the App used, the sale becomes final.

4 Disclaimer

The Website and App are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all systems, or that the App will meet specific results.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the license during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

6 External Links and Third-Party Services

The Website or App may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g. Paddle, Google Forms, Fathom).
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or data-handling practices of those third parties.

7 Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time.
Material changes will be posted on the Website or shown in the App.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Kuopio, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
