SFX Stacks runs locally on your own machine. If something isn’t working as expected, start here.

Before you contact support

If you see an error screen during startup, click “Send error report” first.
Then send a support request using the form below and include:

  • OS (Windows version / macOS version)
  • SFX Stacks version
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • Any error message shown in the app
  • Whether it’s repeatable
  • If you clicked “Send error report”, roughly when (date + time)

We read all support requests. Response times may vary depending on workload. Weekends and holidays may delay replies.

SFX Stacks will continue to evolve based on how working sound designers actually use it.
